Very nice story. Like the way you write. It all sounds so plausible and real. It could have easily happened that way. Thanks.

Author's Response: Thank you! I'm very glad you enjoyed it. :)

Sebastian must be the vampire. She is seeing James destroy him because he changed her before James could kill her.

Author's Response: Indeed. :)

Would guess the new voice is the old vampire that saves Alice from James by turning her. The white room would be where they give the shock treatments. This sounds very much like I would picture Alice when she was in the asylum.

Author's Response: Your guesses are good as gold. Thanks for commenting!

I really liked the way you wrote her thoughts, conveying everything perfectly without using very much dialouge at all. :)

Author's Response: Thank you. That was the hard part - in a situation like that, there wouldn't be much talking! Lol!

I know I've said this numerous times before, but I'll say it again. You are such a phenomenal writer. I LOVE your stories. Your imagination is so vivid. You paint such breathtaking scenes without being long-winded. Your creativity shows with every story you write. I've yet to be disappointed with your work. That's saying a lot because I'm pretty stingy with my praise!

As far as this story goes, it makes me so sad to think that Alice doesn't remember her beautiful man, Sebastian. In canon, we don't know much about human Alice other than she was sent to an asylum probably as a direct result of her visions. We know that she was changed by a worker that cared for her but we don't know why (other than denying James his hunt).

You have given Alice so much depth and history. Utterly amazing. Your story is not just plausible, but it's honestly a prologue that I can imagine Stephenie Meyer having jotted in a notebook for Alice's character. Obviously, I loved how you ended the story with her visions of Jasper and the rest of the Cullens. It's about the happiest ending she could get, considering all the pain and suffering she had endured. It's probably a good thing that she doesn't remember anything about her human life…even if it means forgetting about Sebastian. :(

Author's Response: Thanks very much, hon. I'm really glad you enjoyed it, and it's so nice of you to take the time to tell me so. :) I think it's probably best she forgot...and I think Meyer probably had something really horrific in Alice's past that -if she'd remembered it- would have altered her whole personality. This was my attempt to explore what that might have been. :)

I loved how you ended. This part was just as wonderful as the rest; it was awesome how it all came together in the end. Great job, again!

Author's Response: Thanks! :)
