Powerful. Alice need to be there to say goodbye and I'm sorry. She needed to help Charlie the way she was not allowed to help Bella. She needed to try and heal herself. It wasn't interfering in Bella's life. As far as Alice knew Bella no longer had a life. Edward's edict was now a moot point.

Author's Response: Yeah, it is really sad. I'm wondering if I should do a "sequel", partly to build on this, and partly for some happy fluff, but it would have to be in Alice's POV before Jasper's POV, and I don't know if I like it. I might make a series of all the couples, like Not Enough- one chapter from each side of the couple, and then an epilogue. Sound like fun? Nothing may come of it- sometimes ideas stay ideas because writing them is beyond me. Thanks for reviewing and listening to my rambling! (This site is so appropriately named, haha)

It seemed like she got to Forks impossibly fast, but that is such a minor thing, because the rest of this fic was so awesome. Both Alice and Jasper were very much in character... this was excellent. Heartbreaking, eloquent, poignant.
Author's Response: Yeah... I didn't realize until later that you had to cross the Canadian border twice to get to Alaska... I was under the mistaken impression that there was a ferry. It would take approximately an hour for the ferry, and depending on how Alice drove (fast- how else?) It would only be approximately a couple hours total. If you don't consider traffic or being caught at the border, then it should only have taken about three hours... But alas. I looked that up AFTER posting... My fault. But thank you for pointing that out. I was hoping it wasn't too obvious. And I love sounding eloquent, heartbreaking and poignant. I have a habit of lacking in those areas in real life. Particularly eloquence. Thank you. I'm blushing, which you probably can't tell because you can't see me, but I am honored by the praise you have given me. Thank you.

Author's Response: Thank you! That was exactly what I was going for. I probably will sit down and write the second part, but it might take a while... I've got two other oneshots and another chapter for an AU I'm doing on another site... But now the plot bunnies are attacking, so you might see it sooner than the next few months.

Alice is my absolute favorite and I try to find all the pieces that focus on her. You did a wonderful job portraying the angst and emotion that would happen to these two when seperated.

Yay! You get to start posting things! I really love Jasper/Alice fics. For some reason, I have just had this recent obsession with that pairing. Of course, I've already read this a few times, but it still gets me every time when Alice has the vision, and how Jasper comforts her. The scent of the freesia, the importance of Jasper keeping his promises. Sheesh, now I'm starting to cry. Ok, review over :]
